Refund, Exchange and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund, exchange and returns policy lasts 14 days from delivery of item. If 14 days have passed since your delivery, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused. The item must be shipped back to us for inspection and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of products are exempt from being returned. Items ineligible for returns are used intimate items such as used vibrators, and anal plugs among other intimate items and used items. Again, we will not accept any item that is used, not in the same condition you received it, and not in the original packaging. Gift cards are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

To complete your return, we require a copy of a receipt or proof of purchase. The receipt or proof of purchase should be sent to us with the returned item or items for accurate tracking. We recommend you email us with the order number, description of the item and if this will be a return or exchange.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days. Please note that your payment institution might take longer to process and post the refund on your statement.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or payment method provider.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at help@forkinksake.com.

Sale items

Sale items will be refunded at the sale price not including any shipping cost.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at help@forkinksake.com and send your item to: 554 Boston Post Road, Orange, CT 06477. We will try our best to provide the exchange for the same item as long as the item is in stock. If the item is no longer in stock we will offer a different item for the same value or a refund if your exchange is within the 14 day return period.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. Gifts are abided by the same 14 day return policy as stated above.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 554 Boston Post Road, Orange CT 06477.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
